I have highlighted in several previous newsletters the line of target countries from North Africa across to the border with China and up into the Caspian Sea region with its massive supplies of oil and gas. 

We have seen protests in Egypt and to the left just off this map in Tunisia, Algeria and Libya, and if you go to the right of Egypt you can see the other countries the Rothschild cabal want to destabilise with a view to replacing their current leadership with their 'new generation' of Illuminati stooges.

From Egypt we go to Israel, the Rothschild fiefdom in which the population are just cannon fodder for the plans of the Rothschild-owned leadership, and on we go to the target countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the already-occupied Iraq and Afghanistan, and between them is the massive land mass and 'big prize' of Iran (anyone still wonder now why Iran is being constantly targeted?). Finally, we reach Pakistan which is being systematically destabilised and bombed by US aircraft on the pretext of 'fighting terrorism'.

That takes us to the borders of China and India and I have long said that a Third World War is planned at some point involving China, Russia, Europe and North America with the trigger coming out of the Middle East through conflict involving Israel and Arab states.

This is what Kissinger really meant when he talked about Egypt being 'only the first scene of the first act of a drama that is to be played out ...'

None of the Arab 'royal' dictatorships are safe from the manipulation of genuine anger by oppressed and poverty-stricken peoples to change regimes that suit the game-plan. The 'royal-oil' dynasties and others, including those in the Arabian Peninsula, must be cancelling the laxative order as I speak.

Watch also, the way the two factions of Islam, Sunni and Shiite, are played off against each other to divide and rule and stoke the chaos.

Terrorist Who Trained London Bombers Was Working For U.S. Government

Mohammed Junaid Babar - 7/7 London bomber trainer released due to "cooperation even before his arrest"

While talking heads like Glenn Beck continue to invoke the threat of radical Islam, they habitually ignore the blindingly obvious, that radical Islam is a creature of the US military-industrial complex. Case in point -- the terrorist who trained the London bombers was a US informant and has been freed after serving only four and a half years of a possible 70-year sentence.

Citing his "exceptional co-operation," in working with US authorities, a New York Judge released Mohammed Junaid Babar despite him pleading guilty to five counts of terrorism, an outcome that has, "Raised questions over whether Babar was a US informer at the time he was helping to train the ringleader of the 7 July tube and bus bombings," reports the London Guardian.

Babar admits to consorting with high level "Al-Qaeda" terrorists, as well as "providing senior members with money and equipment, running weapons." He also set up a training camp in Pakistan in 2003 where alleged 7/7 ringleader Mohammad Sidique Khan learned bomb-making techniques.

"Graham Foulkes, a magistrate whose 22-year-old son David was killed by Khan at Edgware Road underground station in 2005, said: "People get four and a half years for burglary. They can get more for some road traffic offences. So for an international terrorist who's directly linked to the death of my son and dozens and dozens of people to get that sentence is just outrageous."

But Babar's release makes perfect sense given the fact that he was likely working for US authorities as an informant while training one of the alleged London bombers.

"A remark from the sentencing judge that Babar "began co-operating even before his arrest", has raised the possibility, supported by other circumstantial evidence obtained by the Guardian, that he may have been an informant for the US government before his detention by the FBI in April 2004," writes the Guardian's Shiv Malik, who in a separate article goes into greater depth on how, "Babar may have been working for the US security services while pretending to be a jihadi -- allegations that could imply serious failures to prevent the 7 July bombings."

The Guardian article describes how a top US terrorism lawyer has seen sealed evidence in the case which "suggests Babar could have been working for the US authorities before his arrest in April 2004."

"Having reviewed the court transcript himself, bereaved father Graham Foulkes said: "There's a hint from one or two of the sentences [in the transcript] that do strongly suggest [Babar's] co-operation was going well beyond his official arrest. And it looks as if the Americans may well have known in detail what Babar was up to in Pakistan [at the time] and that is a very, very serious matter."

The fact that Babar has served less than 5 years for playing a crucial role in attacks which killed 52 people and injured hundreds more clearly indicates that he is being rewarded by US authorities for his involvement in the 7/7 bombings.

Lest we forget that the the so-called mastermind behind the 7/7 London bombings, Haroon Rashid Aswat, was a British intelligence asset. Former Justice Dept. prosecutor and terror expert John Loftus revealed that the so called Al-Muhajiroun group, based in London, had formed during the Kosovo crisis, during which fundamentalist muslim leaders (Or what is now referred to as Al-Qaeda) were recruited by MI6 to fight in Kosovo.

The revelations about Babar once again underscore the myopic and ludicrous assertions of people like Glenn Beck, who constantly invoke the threat of radical Islam, particularly in the context of recent events in Egypt, while failing to point out that radical Islam is being fostered and fomented by the US military-industrial complex.

Almost every single major terror plot over the last decade plus blamed on "radical Islam" has had the combined or individual fingerprints of US, British, Canadian and Israeli intelligence agencies and federal law enforcement bodies all over it.

Every single shred of evidence concerning the alleged 9/11 hijackers points to the fact that they were patsies controlled by informants working for the US government.

The US Special Operations Command's Able Danger program identified the hijackers and their accomplices long before 9/11, but when the head of the program, Colonel Anthony Shaffer, tried to pass the information on to the 9/11 Commission, he was gagged and slandered and the vital information his team had passed on was ignored and buried.

Kenneth Grant : Concerning the Cult of Lam The Dikpala of the Way of Silence

Foreword

Crowley's portrait of Lam is a curious drawing which he included in his Dead Souls exhibition held in Greenwich Village, New York, in 1919. In that same year it was published as a frontispiece to Crowley's Commentary to Blavatsky's The Voice of the Silence. That there is a connection between the portrait and the Commentary, sub-titled Liber LXXI, may be inferred from the inscription accompanying the frontispiece, which was entitled The Way:

LAM is the Tibetan word for Way or Path, and LAMA is He who Goeth, the specific title of the Gods of Egypt, the Treader of the Path, in Buddhistic phraseology. Its numerical value is 71, the number of this book.

Crowley left no record as to the origin of this portrait, although he remarked many years later that it was drawn from life. It is certain, however, that the drawing arose from the Amalantrah Working, a series of magical visions and communications received in 1918 through the mediumship of The Camel, Roddie Minor. This was in many ways a continuation of the Abuldiz Working of several years previous. In both of these Workings, the symbolism of the egg featured prominently. One of the earlier visions of the Amalantrah Working ended with the sentence "It's all in the egg". During the final surviving vision of this Working, in reference to a question about the egg, Crowley was told that "Thou art to go this Way".


Examining the portrait, we can see the connections. The head of Lam is egg-shaped, and of course the drawing is called The Way. In the whorlings of the face can clearly be seen a stylised ankh, the Egyptian symbol for Going; as a matter of interest, ankh can best be transliterated into Hebrew as kaph nun aleph, 71. The main theme of The Voice of the Silence, clearly brought out by Crowley, is the need to establish contact with the Silent Self. The corresponds to the Dwarf Self, the phallic consciousness, Harpocrates, Hadit; and the theme runs through much of Crowley's writing. It is noteworthy in this context that ALIL, 'the image of Nothingness and Silence', enumerates as 71.


Crowley gave the drawing to Kenneth Grant in May 1945, following an astral working in which they were both involved. Since then it has become apparent that Lam is in fact a trans-mundane or extra-terrestrial entity, with whom several groups of magicians have established contact, most notably Michael Bertiaux in the 1960's and a group of O.T.O. initiates in the 1970's. Much remains unclear, however, hence the need for further investigation of this entity.


The idea of extra-terrestrial entities seems to cause difficulties with some people, associating it as they may do with the wilder shores of science-fiction. There is however a wealth of material on this matter to suggest the old cliché that truth is stranger than fiction. See, for instance, Robert temple's The Sirius Mystery. Whether these visitors are regarded as visitors from outer space, or as welling up from the depths of some inner space, is neither here nor there. The dichotomy of 'inner' and 'outer ' is purely conceptual, arising from the dualist notion of an individual being somehow separate from the rest of the universe, which is somehow 'out there'. There is in fact nothing outside consciousness, which is a continuum. This position is explored in the article Going Beyond, which appeared in the first issue of Starfire.


Lam is discussed in many places in the works of Kenneth Grant, most notably Cults of the Shadow and Outside the Circles of Time, and the interested reader is referred to these. A more lengthy account of Lam is planned for a future issue of Starfire. In the meantime, the following paper issued by the O.T.O. will be of interest, giving as it does a method of attempting rapport with Lam by using the portrait as a gateway.

Preliminary

It has been considered advisable by the Sovereign Sanctuary to regularize and to examine results achieved by individual members of the O.T.O. who have established contact with the Magical Entity known as Lam. We are therefore founding an inner Cult of this dikpala for the purpose of amassing precise accounts of such contacts. Records of rapport should be detailed after the manner suggested in Liber E vel Exercitiorum and should contain any researches into the qabalistic interpretation of the Name and Numbers of Lam, and a study of their relationship to key concepts of the Double Current (93/696).


It has also been considered advisable to regularize the mode of rapport and to construct a magical formula for establishing communion with Lam.


The portrait of the dikpala which is reproduced in The Magical Revival may be used as the visual focus, and can serve as the Yantra of the Cult; the Name Lam is the Mantra; and the Tantra is union with the dikpala by entering the Egg of Spirit represented by the Head. Entry may be effected by projecting consciousness through the eyes.
It will be noted that the entity is depicted without ears, which suggests that Lam is in some sense connected with the Silent of Wordless Aeon of Zain. The fact that the portrait was used by Therion as a frontispiece to The Voice of the Silence (H.P. Blavatsky) may have a precise magical significance. It was originally reproduced in The Equinox, volume 3, number 1, after a five-year 'volume of silence'during which no issues of The Equinox appeared. The Equinox was the Official Organ of the A\A\ (Argenteum Astrum), the Silver Star represented astronomically by Sirius, the Star of Set.

II
The Magical Procedure

The mode of Entering the Egg may proceed as follows. Each votary is encouraged to experiment and to evolve his own method from this basic procedure:

1. Sit in silence before the portrait.
2. Invoke mentally by silent repetition of the Name.
3. If response is felt to be positive, but not before, enter the Egg and merge with That which is within and look out through the entity's eyes on what appears now to the votary an alien world. (Adumbrations of identity with Lam may be experienced as a strong sense of the unreality, or unfamiliarity, of the 'objective' universe.)
4. Seal the Egg, i.e. close the eyes of Lam and await developments.
5. At the first sign of stress or fatigue, return to mundane consciousness by opening the eyes and by oozing out of the Egg in a form determined by the experiences within.
6. Perform, astrally, the Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram of Earth, at the Eight Spaces, and record all experiences in detail, paying particular attention to lunar phases (celestial and, where applicable, terrestrial), and any physiological phenomena accompanying the experience.

The invocation of Lam should be performed only in a fully protected Circle, which involves Banishing in the Eight Directions of Space with the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram of Earth, followed by the Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram of Earth. Then, proceed with a silent invocation of Aiwass, and intense aspiration to Yuggoth (Kether) and the Great Old Ones, before actual LAMeditation commences.


It is suggested that votaries experiment with this technique and submit their Records to appointed members of the Sovereign Sanctuary of the O.T.O. Synchronicities that are considered significant may help to facilitate future Workings, and may be incorporated therein with the object of establishing a more profound rapport.


Group working is considered inadvisable. Each votary should work in isolation or only with his or her magical partner, although IX° Working is held to be extremely dangerous in this area, even if both parties are officially IX°. A similar observation applies to VIII° Workings, and, most emphatically, to Lunar Workings, which should on no account be performed in this context.


Each votary should work independently, and should be unaware of the identities of other Cult members. This is important if 'objective' or so-called 'scientific' evidence of Contact is to be obtained.


It may take years to accumulate significant evidence of contact with Lam, and - if Lam is the Gateway - with Those who lie Beyond. It may be that communion with the dikpala lies through congress with a Priestess chosen by Lam, or with one who possesses certain characteristics peculiar to this office, in which case new procedures will have to be devised. At the present time, however, it is advisable to confine experiments to mental and/or astral modes of intercourse. An Inner Order of the Cult can - and will, if necessary - be formed to accommodate other modes of Working.

III
Why the Cult has been Founded at this Time

The Cult has been founded because very strong intimations have been received by Aossic Aiwass, 718'.' to the effect that the portrait of Lam (the original drawing of which was given by 666'.' to 718'.' under curious circumstances) is the present focus of an extra-terrestrial - and perhaps trans-plutonic - Energy which the O.T.O. is required to communicate at this critical period, for we have now entered the Eighties mentioned in The Book of the Law. It is Our aim to obtain some insight not only into the nature of Lam, but also into the possibilities of using the Egg as an astral space-capsule for travelling to Lam's domain, or for exploring extra-terrestrial spaces in the sense in which O.T.O. Tantric Time-Travellers are exploring the Tunnels of Set in intra-cosmic and chthonian capsules.


Members of the O.T.O. who feel strongly attracted to this Cult of Lam are invited to apply for participation therein. It is open only to Order members. They should contact Frater Ani Asig, 375'.' of the Sovereign Sanctuary, O.T.O. and submit a formal, typewritten and signed acceptance of the conditions of Working outlined here.

It should be understood that proficiency in the magical formulae of this Cult does not necessarily comport eligibility for advancement in the O.T.O., its parent Order.

It was announced today that occultist, author, artist, and gentleman Kenneth Grant passed away after an illness on January 15, 2011. He was 86 years old.

Grant, long a compelling figure in the world of occultism, has a legacy that extends back over half a century. He was the last man alive to have close ties to Aleister Crowley, having served as personal secretary to “The Beast”, and having been initiated into the Ordo Templi Orientis and Argentum Astrum by Crowley himself. After Crowley’s death, Grant and his wife Steffi were among the few attendees at Crowley’s funeral service. Subsequently, Grant became well known for helping to keep Crowley’s concepts and philosophies alive in the troubled decades following his death, and for the further continuation and expansion of Thelemic ideas over six decades.

Kenneth Grant’s occultism was not the fervent, dry adherence of the ideologue. Rather, he fashioned a deeply personal, fantastical, dynamic, and intricate system of magic woven together from syncretic elements of Tantra, Voudon, Gnosticism, Surrealism, fiction and a variety of other exotic threads. Building on the foundations of Crowley’s work, Grant expanded the current understanding of the meaning and implications of the “Law of Thelema”. Much like the mystic William Blake, Grant forged his own path beyond esoteric speculation, writing first-hand accounts of what he perceived to exist outside of the range of mundane experience.

Over the course of sixty years, Grant cataloged his evolving exploration of Crowley’s system of Magick and philosophy across a series of nine books that came to be known as the Typhonian Trilogies. Grant had stated that he wanted the act of reading these books to be an esoteric experience in and of itself. Certainly, the trilogies contain a maelstrom of esoteric ideas, dream imagery, and highly technical esotericism that, for the receptive reader, can border on a consciousness-altering experience. In addition to these seminal works, Grant wrote a variety of articles, fiction, and poetry, all of which are being made available via his official publisher, Starfire.

Grant is also responsible for the enduring legend of the occultist and artist Austin Osman Spare, who had a profound influence on both his and Steffi’s art and world view. As Spare’s executor, Grant helped to catalog and publish Spare’s paintings, drawings, and writings, securing his friend’s art the long-term influence and respect it wields today. Were it not for the Grant’s loyal championing, the world would most likely lack knowledge of the rich, haunting body of work that Spare left behind.

Mr. Grant is survived by his aforementioned wife, the artist Steffi Grant –who has been an integral presence in Grant’s work since the beginning– and their family. His work continues via the Typhonian Order and individual explorers the world over. Through whatever strange spheres or iridescent geometric shapes he may choose as his vehicle among the scintillating transplutonian stars, may his journey continue!

The people of Tunisia and the wider Arab world are sick of corruption, the soaring price of basic foods, unemployment, poverty and oppression. Their rebellion is completely understandable and long overdue. But this is why it is so important to get informed and streetwise about how the world is controlled and manipulated and to what end. Without that people - not least protesting people - are just babes in arms.

Some points to note:

* The Rothschild-Illuminati-Zionist networks have kept these Arab tyrants in power with political, financial and military support decade after decade - not least via their prime vassals, Britain and the United States.

* The same networks are responsible for the global economic crash through their banking cartel that has worsened dramatically the levels of poverty, unemployment and depravation, and they, too, are responsible for the manufactured leaps in the price of food and oil to squeeze the people even more.

* I have long outlined the Rothschild-Illuminati-Zionist plan to create mayhem, chaos and upheaval in the Arab countries of the Middle East to trigger violence and division that would suit the goals of the Rothschild-owned and imposed State of Israel.

Rothschild agent, Mr 'Evil' Henry Kissinger, confirmed this agenda this week when he said of what is happening in the Middle East: 'This is only the first scene of the first act of a drama that is to be played out ...' 

So it is.
